Nuestra Historia
Casa Fuego started at Abuela's kitchen table, where the salsa was loud, the music louder, and nobody left hungry. In 2011 we brought that table to the corner of 5th & Aliso — same recipes, same fire.
Every tortilla is pressed in-house, every sauce ground by hand, and every guest treated like family that finally came home.
